简历:

  程学旗博士,男,1971年出生于安徽省。现任中国科学院计算技术研究所(中科院计算所)研究员、所长助理、副总工程师、中国科学院网络数据科学与技术重点实验室主任,中国计算机学会杰出会员、ACM/IEEE会员。主要研究方向为网络数据科学基础理论、Web信息搜索与数据挖掘、社会计算以及面向网络空间的信息内容安全等。近五年来(2009年至今)在SCI/ISTP收录的学术刊物或会议上共发表论文51篇,Google Scholar引用3240次,SCI引用297次、SCI他引230次,其中,部分研究成果被Nature等综合性刊物引用。在EI收录的学术刊物或会议上发表论文91篇,获授权发明专利10项,软件著作权19项。其中,近五年持续在Web信息检索与挖掘领域的重要国际会议上发表学术论文32篇(包括:ACM SIGIR, WWW, IJCAI, ACM CIKM,NIPS,ACL, ICDM, WSDM等),在Web信息检索与挖掘、网络数据科学等领域的重要国际期刊上发表或被录用论文33篇(包括:IEEE Transactions on Information Theory、IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering、ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing, Communications, and Applications、Physical Review E、New Journal of Physics、Journal of Statistical Mechanics: Theory and Experiment等)。获得ACM SIGIR 2012最佳学生论文奖、ACM CIKM 2011最佳论文奖。

  在网络空间信息内容安全管理、互联网搜索与挖掘服务、一体化企业信息平台等方面研制完成一系列重要系统并广泛应用。研制完成了天玑搜索等系统,社会经济效益显著。与互联网搜索挖掘相关的技术成果,包括 “天罗”信息服务器平台、“EIP”一体化企业信息平台、“天玑”网络系统等先后被多家IT企业广泛推广应用,相关成果的知识产权转化总值5000万元以上。近十多年来,在网络科学、网络搜索与挖掘、信息安全等领域的基础研究方面,先后主持并完成了十余项国家自然科学基金、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)、国家高技术研究发展计划(863)、国家信息安全重大专项以及中国科学院知识创新工程等科研任务。研究成果应用于大规模网络信息的监测、网络数据分析与服务等领域,两次获得国家科技进步二等奖,获得中国青年科技奖、CCF青年科学家奖、中科院青年科学家奖等荣誉。
